Crockpot Peach Cobbler

Honestly, I love a made from scratch peach cobbler but with two small children, I don’t usually have time to cook elaborate meals any more. I know that it’s just a busy season in life, so that’s why I rely on my trusted crockpot to make this easy crockpot peach cobbler. I love that I can still make the things I love to eat, even if I have to make them in a different way.

It is so easy to make a peach cobbler in your slow cooker! It’s a delicious dish to bring to a potluck or a great recipe to throw together for an after dinner treat for your friends or family. This is also a “fast” slow cooker recipe, it cooks in just about 2 hours! Not only is this crockpot peach cobbler fast and easy to make, it also only uses three ingredients.

1 can of peach pie filling (21 ounces)
1 box of white or yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter

Begin by spraying your slow cooker with non-stick spray and then spread the peach pie filling into your slow cooker until it is evenly spread. Add the cake mix on top, also making sure it is evenly dispersed. Add the slices of butter on top of the cake mix, ensuring they are also evenly spread out. Cook on low for 2 hours or until the crust is slightly golden. Serve with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
