This Copycat Carrabba’s Creamy Parmesan Salad Dressing is so easy to recreate at home. It is wonderful over a fresh green salad.

This Copycat Carrabba’s Creamy Parmesan is ultra creamy with tons of garlic and Parmesan notes. It is the perfect recipe to recreate at home and goes great over a fresh green salad. It tastes very close to the restaurant version.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • Mayonnaise: I recommend using Duke’s mayonnaise for this recipe. If you don’t have Duke’s available, use a full fat mayonnaise.
  • Buttermilk
  • Lemon juice: I recommend using fresh lemon juice.
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper: I recommend doing salt and pepper to taste. Don’t forget to add them at the end!

🧄 Variations

You can add more garlic if you like. I used two cloves but you could add an extra clove, if desired.

🔪 Equipment needed

You will need a food processor or you can whisk everything together. If you are using a whisk, be sure to finely mince your parsley and garlic cloves.

⏲️ Recipe instructions (step by step guide)

Add all of your ingredients to your food processor (image 1). Run until everything is well combined (image 2). Chill for at least one hour, preferably 2-3 hours before serving.

  • You can use a food processor or whisk everything together. If using a whisk, make sure you finely mince the garlic and parsley.
  • Let the salad dressing rest in your fridge for at least an hour, preferably 2-3 hours. If you serve it right away, the flavors won’t have time to come out.
  • Use fresh ingredients like freshly grated Parmesan and fresh lemon juice.

🥡 How to store leftovers

Store any leftover salad dressing in an airtight container in your fridge. I recommend using a mason jar. It will be good for up to four days after making.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Duke's mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
