This Copycat Texas Roadhouse Italian Dressing is zesty and sweet just like the restaurant version! This is a great copycat salad dressing to make at home.

I have never had an Italian salad dressing like the one at Texas Roadhouse. It’s like a sweet Italian dressing with a little bit of honey mustard to it. It is definitely unique and just so good on a fresh green salad.
My copycat recipe did turn out a little lighter in color than the restaurant version but I think taste wise it is very close. It is zesty, tangy, and sweet all at the same time.
