There are so many great mains that go with these mashed potatoes some of my favorites are this Agnello Brasato (Italian Braised Lamb), Amish Pot Roast, and Italian Herb Chicken.
👩🏻🍳 Tips
- Red potatoes are a smaller potato but still allow for about 25 minutes for them to cook. You’ll want your potatoes tender for the best result.
- I find that using a mixer gives them a similar consistency to the restaurant versus using a potato masher.
🥡 How to store leftovers
Store any leftover mashed potatoes in an air tight container in your refrigerator. They will be good for up to four days after making.
