For this recipe, you will need:
- Rotini: I recommend using tri-colored rotini to make this recipe exactly like the one at Chicken Salad Chick. If you only have regular rotini you can substitute if you need it, though.
- Italian dressing
- Black olives: Be sure to rinse and drain these well.
- Artichoke hearts: You’ll also want to rinse and drain these then chop them.
- Crumbled Feta cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Rinse and drain the pasta in cold water (image 1).
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well (image 2).
Let sit for 1-2 hours before serving so all the flavors have a chance to come out.
