Copycat recipes are one of my favorite types of recipes to share with my readers. One reason is because I love a lot of different restaurants but they’re not always in our budget to go out to. I love a good copycat recipe that I can make at home including these Copycat Cheesecake Factory Mashed Potatoes. They’re seriously so creamy and smooth. They’re such a versatile side dish and are perfect with a wide variety of main dishes.
