🔪 Equipment needed
You’ll need a sheet pan and I highly recommend using parchment paper (not wax paper) to keep clean up easy.
⏲️ Recipe instructions (step by step guide)
Begin by preheating your oven to 325° F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper (not wax paper). Next, add salt and pepper to your fish (image 1).
Next, add about one tablespoon of alfredo sauce to each fish (image 2).
Cover in Italian breadcrumbs (image 3) then bake at 325° F for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 165° F. Baking time will depend on how thin or thick your fish is cut.
🥗 What to serve with this recipe
This fish goes great with vegetables like this Amish Baked Corn or Amish Green Beans. Mashed potatoes (my family loves these Amish Mashed Potatoes) or baked potatoes would also pair nicely as well.
👩🏻🍳 Tips
Your baking time may vary depending on how thick your fish fillet is.
🥡 How to store leftovers
Store any leftovers in an airtight container within your refrigerator. Leftover fish will keep for two days.
