❤️ Why you’ll love this recipe

  • Simple ingredients: You need just five ingredients for this recipe.
  • Taste: This tastes super close to the restaurant version.
  • Easy: This is a quick and easy copycat recipe that’s great to make for a busy weeknight dinner.

🥣 Ingredients needed

The ingredients needed to make Copycat Golden Corral Fish.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • White fish: I used flounder but you could also use basa, tilapia, or cod.
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Italian bread crumbs

The complete list of ingredients and amounts can be found in the printable recipe card further below in the post.

🔪 Equipment needed

You’ll need a sheet pan and I highly recommend using parchment paper (not wax paper) to keep clean up easy.

⏲️ Recipe instructions (step by step guide)

A step by step guide showing how to make copycat Golden Corral Fish.

Begin by preheating your oven to 325° F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper (not wax paper). Next, add salt and pepper to your fish (image 1).

Next, add about one tablespoon of alfredo sauce to each fish (image 2).

Cover in Italian breadcrumbs (image 3) then bake at 325° F for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 165° F. Baking time will depend on how thin or thick your fish is cut.

🥗 What to serve with this recipe

This fish goes great with vegetables like this Amish Baked Corn or Amish Green Beans. Mashed potatoes (my family loves these Amish Mashed Potatoes) or baked potatoes would also pair nicely as well.
